About Christy

Who I work with:

People who are disconnected and depleted, overwhelmed, frustrated, numb, anxious, depressed, confused about who they are and what they want, unfulfilled in relationships or work. People navigating turbulence at mid-life, burnout, peri-menopause, menopause, parenting stress, family stress, divorce, relationship discernment, high expectations and low self-worth, perfectionism and despair. People trying to understand their family of origin stories including physical/emotional abuse and neglect. Poets, misfits, rebels of all ages.

What I bring:

Deep, reflective listening, innate curiosity, tremendous respect for your self-righting mechanisms, gentle challenging, support, care, my undivided attention, a companion and guide as you navigate your own inner terrain, make sense of your experiences, learn tools to cope better, and understand and accept yourself more.

Therapy is a big investment, of time, money and emotional energy, and as a therapist, I want to make every minute count but, paradoxically, not rush. If you feel like you are ready, please reach out and we can get started.
