Adults who are disconnected, depleted, overwhelmed, frustrated, anxious, depressed, unsure of who they are and what they want, unfulfilled in relationships or work. People navigating turbulence at mid-life, burnout, family stress, divorce, relationship discernment, high expectations and low self-worth, perfectionism and despair. People trying to understand their family of origin stories including physical/emotional abuse and neglect.
